Administrative Assistant (Full Time)
- Managing patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handling phone calls and patient communications
- Processing insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Maintaining patient records and documentation
- General office administration and support
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistants who have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in supporting mental healthcare delivery. Experience in healthcare administration is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who shares our values of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities may include:
Biller (Part Time)
- Submitting and follow up on insurance claims
- Processing patient billing and payment posting
- Managing denial and appeal processes
- Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
- Ensuring compliance with billing regulations andpayer requirements
- Coordinating provider credentialing and re-credentialing
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek detail-oriented Billers who have experience with medical billing and coding, strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with mental health billing and credentialing is a plus, but we’re willing to provide additional training for candidates with solid billing fundamentals and a commitment to accuracy.
